Situated on a gently sloped lot within a gated community, this elegant dining pavilion, a companion fireplace patio and full-garden makeover were a gift from a husband to his wife. DK Design worked to create and to furnish the outdoor living spaces, developed an extensive perennial garden and enhanced the entrances to both home and garden.
Developed over the last ten years, this rustic yet sophisticated property provides multiple generations of one family with a beloved refuge. Outdoor living spaces, curated furnishings and bespoke elements offer everything from lounging by the pool to playing tennis, gathering by the firepit to napping on the screened porch. Thoughtful plantings complement the peaceful, rural setting and offer year-round interest.

This historic property was lovingly updated and embellished, with DK Design leading the charge over the design, development and installation of various gardens and outdoor living spaces. Fountains, sculptures and furnishings grace multiple gathering areas surrounded by lush landscaping befitting the Southern setting.
